Cure51 is a French TechBio company on a mission to understand extraordinary cases of cancer survival in order to develop new oncology treatments. Founded by leading cancer centers including Gustave Roussy (Paris), Centre Léon Bérard (Lyon), Charité (Berlin) and Vall d’Hebron Instituto de Oncología (Barcelona), we are pioneering research into long-term cancer survivors who defy medical expectations.  Cure51 is backed by world renowned life science investors Sofinnova Partners and Hitachi Ventures.

  • Cure51 is creating a normalised and homogeneous database with comprehensive, structured and comparable multiomics data, to which we apply artificial intelligence to identify long-term survival molecular signatures & novel therapeutic targets.

  • We intend to build cohorts in three pathologies with poor prognosis: metastatic pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma, glioblastoma and extensive stage small-cell lung cancer.

  • We have gathered many renowned oncology centers to participate in this endeavour from all over the world (Europe, Africa, Middle-East, Asia, North America and LATAM)

We are looking to expand our network of collaborating centers and investigators in order to access the maximum number of these long-term survivors worldwide and we need you to help us. We aim at building the biggest oncology specialized network ever.

Responsabilities
  • Knowledge Management Optimization Tool: Create a tool designed to centralize and structure the knowledge accumulated from our experience with over 50 ethic committee applications across more than 30 countries. This tool will serve as a reference point to streamline administrative workflows, such as ethics committee submissions and related regulatory procedures, ensuring greater efficiency, consistency, and scalability across our global network.

  1. Prospecting: Identify and prospect hospitals and clinical centers worldwide. This involves researching top hospitals, accredited cancer centers, group research networks, and using recommendations and referrals from existing contacts. Data-driven analyses of the pipeline are critical to define the needs, especially for the establishment of new outlier cohorts.

  2. Support onboarding of centers:

    1. Manage the process of regulatory submissions in the participating centers, to obtain approval of Cure51’s study, ensuring all required documentation is submitted accurately and timely.

    2. Help with contract and budget negotiations with hospitals and research centers, liaising with both internal teams and external stakeholders to align on terms and ensure compliance.

    3. Support the new cohorts process.

  3. Internal Monitoring: Prepare materials for internal meetings, report notes and takeaways from internal and external meetings, coordinate workstreams with other business units, manage the CRM (HubSpot).

  4. KPIs Tracking & Reporting: Track KPIs via reports and dashboards on internal tools (such as, HubSpot and Metabase) to accelerate processes, increase efficiency and refine forecasts.
