Purpose of the CGTU
The purpose of these CGTU is to define the conditions under which any User may use the Services provided by CURE51 via www.cure51.com.

Any violation of this clause will be considered an act of counterfeiting and may result in civil and/or criminal proceedings in accordance with the law.
Photo credits
The models, performers and, more generally, all persons depicted in the advertising photographs and films published on this Site have consented to the use of their image for CURE51. Likewise, the employees and managers of CURE51 whose image is used on this Site have consented to the use of these visual documents in the context of this Site only. Any reproduction, representation or use of these photographs and films by users of the Site is prohibited without the prior written consent of CURE51. Any use, even partial, of these documents in breach of the aforementioned obligation will result in legal action being taken against the offender.
